Description

The AMG Aero I Monoblock represents the uncompromising design language of AMG’s pre-merger era. Its broad five-spoke face, recessed centre section and substantial outer lip became closely associated with modified Mercedes-Benz models of the 1980s and early 1990s.

These forged Aero I-style wheels retain the purposeful, period-correct proportions of the original design while using modern monoblock manufacturing. Unlike the later Aero II, the Aero I was commonly fitted in square configurations, with different offsets produced for individual Mercedes-Benz platforms.

Each wheel is CNC-machined from a single forged blank of aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminium. Width, offset, centre bore and brake clearance are configured specifically for the nominated vehicle rather than relying on a universal fitment.

Custom Fitments

The Aero I was produced in different offsets for several Mercedes-Benz platforms, so there is no single universal factory specification.

Square and staggered configurations can be manufactured in alternative diameters, widths, offsets, centre bores and bolt patterns. Final specifications are selected according to the vehicle model, suspension setup, brake package and desired stance.
