Warranty

WARRANTY POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our wheels and warrant that they will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal street use, subject to the terms below.

This voluntary warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

STRUCTURAL WARRANTY

Forged wheels are covered by a limited five-year structural warranty beginning on the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that affect the structural integrity of the wheel.

FINISH WARRANTY

Factory-applied painted, powder-coated and clear-coated finishes are covered by a limited twelve-month warranty against manufacturing defects in the finish.

Normal wear, environmental exposure, stone chips, road contaminants and damage caused by incorrect cleaning or maintenance are not considered manufacturing defects.

WARRANTY ELIGIBILITY

This voluntary warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Proof of purchase or another acceptable record of the transaction may be required when making a claim.

These eligibility conditions do not exclude or restrict any rights that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

WHAT IS COVERED

The structural warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials, manufacturing defects in workmanship and structural defects arising during normal street use.

The finish warranty covers manufacturing defects in factory-applied finishes that become apparent within the applicable twelve-month warranty period.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This voluntary warranty does not cover impact damage caused by potholes, road hazards or debris.

It does not cover kerb damage, cosmetic scratches, stone chips, accidents, collisions or misuse.

It does not cover damage caused during tyre fitting, balancing, installation or removal.

It does not cover damage caused by incorrect wheel hardware, incorrect torque settings, improper installation or improper vehicle fitment.

It does not cover corrosion, staining or finish damage caused by harsh chemicals, acidic cleaners, abrasive products, road salt, environmental contamination or inadequate maintenance.

It does not cover normal wear and tear.

It does not cover wheels used in motorsport, competition, track, drifting or other non-street applications unless that use has been approved by us in writing.

It does not cover faults or damage caused by modifications, repairs, refinishing or alterations performed by an unauthorised third party.

It does not cover damage caused by vehicle faults, suspension modifications, brake modifications or customer-requested specifications that we advised were unsuitable.

An exclusion only applies to the extent that the excluded event or conduct caused or contributed to the fault or damage.

MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM

If you believe a warranty issue exists, stop using the affected wheel immediately.

Continued use of a wheel that may be structurally compromised could cause further damage or create a safety risk.

Contact us and provide proof of purchase, clear photographs of the affected wheel, details of the vehicle and wheel fitment, and a description of the problem.

We may request additional photographs, measurements, vehicle information or an inspection before making a warranty determination.

Do not return or ship a wheel without contacting us and receiving instructions first.

CLAIM EXPENSES

Where a product defect is confirmed and reimbursement is required under the Australian Consumer Law, we will reimburse reasonable return or transportation costs supported by appropriate evidence.

Where an inspection finds that the issue is not covered by this voluntary warranty and no remedy is required under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer may be responsible for reasonable freight, inspection or return-delivery costs.

Contact us before incurring any claim-related expense.

WARRANTY REMEDY

Where a valid claim under this voluntary warranty is approved, we may repair the affected wheel, replace the affected wheel or provide another appropriate remedy.

The appropriate remedy will depend on the nature of the defect, product availability, manufacturing requirements and the customer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this warranty permits us to choose a remedy where the Australian Consumer Law gives the customer the right to select a refund, replacement or another remedy.
