Made-To-Order Products

All wheels sold through this website are manufactured to order.

As each set is produced specifically for the individual customer, orders are subject to manufacturing lead times prior to dispatch.

Production Timeframes

Our current production lead time is approximately 6–7 weeks.

Lead times are estimates only and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, public holidays, supplier delays, customs processing and international freight conditions.

Estimated timeframes do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping

Once manufacturing has been completed, orders are packaged and dispatched using suitable freight services.

Tracking information will be provided where available.

Free Shipping

We currently offer free shipping on wheel orders within Australia.

However, due to significantly higher freight costs, free shipping does not apply to certain remote and regional locations.

Customers located in remote areas, including but not limited to Cape York, Broome and similar regions, may be contacted regarding additional freight charges prior to dispatch.

Delivery Times

Transit times vary depending on destination and carrier.

Delivery timeframes provided by freight companies are estimates only and are outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Additional freight charges resulting from incorrect addresses, refused deliveries or redirected shipments may be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Damage

Any damage sustained during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Photographs of both the packaging and damaged product may be required to assist with freight claims.

International Orders

International shipping may be available for selected destinations.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees imposed by their local authorities.
