Refund policy

At PKM Wheels, every wheel is manufactured to order based on the specifications selected by the customer. As a result, our Returns & Refund Policy differs from that of retailers selling off-the-shelf products.

Returns & Change of Mind

As all wheels are custom manufactured to order, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

This includes situations where the incorrect product was ordered, the vehicle is sold after the order is placed, the product is no longer required, an alternative product is found elsewhere, or the customer changes their preference regarding the style, finish or specifications selected.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before manufacturing has commenced.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, as each set of wheels is manufactured specifically for the individual customer and cannot be resold as a standard product.

Manufacturing Defects & Incorrect Orders

If a product is supplied with a manufacturing defect or differs from the specifications confirmed in your order, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

This includes situations where the incorrect wheel size, stud pattern, finish or other ordered specification has been supplied, as well as genuine manufacturing defects affecting the product.

Fitment Responsibility

Where PKM Wheels recommends or confirms wheel specifications for your nominated vehicle, we accept responsibility for ensuring the supplied wheels match those specifications.

Where a customer specifically requests custom dimensions, offsets, bolt patterns or any other non-standard specifications, responsibility for confirming suitability rests with the customer.

Shipping Damage

Any damage sustained during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with any freight claim, customers may be required to provide photographs of both the damaged packaging and the affected wheel before the product is fitted or used.

Installation Damage

Damage caused during tyre fitting, wheel balancing or installation is not covered under this policy.

Customers should ensure that wheels are installed by experienced professionals using appropriate equipment to avoid cosmetic or structural damage during fitting.

Finish Variations

As every set of wheels is manufactured to order, minor variations between production batches may occur.

Slight differences in colour, machining marks or finish appearance are considered normal characteristics of custom manufacturing and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

Lead Times

Manufacturing and delivery timeframes displayed on our website are estimates only.

Production schedules and international shipping may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control. Estimated lead times should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, impacts, road hazards, improper installation, misuse, harsh cleaning chemicals, corrosion caused by poor maintenance, normal wear and tear, or wheels that have been modified, repaired or refinished by third parties.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where required by law, customers remain entitled to the applicable remedies, including repair, replacement or refund where those rights apply.
