Description

Developed as a forged interpretation of the factory wheel fitted to the FPV F6 Typhoon, these monoblock wheels preserve the purposeful styling of one of Ford Australia’s most significant turbocharged performance cars.

The original F6 Typhoon wheel used a strong, uncomplicated spoke layout that suited the muscular proportions of the BA and BF Falcon platform while providing the clearance required for the FPV Brembo braking system. Its restrained design and Dark Argent finish became closely associated with the Typhoon’s understated performance character.

This modern version retains the factory-inspired proportions and visual identity while replacing the original construction with a fully forged monoblock structure.

Each wheel is CNC-machined from a single forged blank of aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminium. Width, offset, centre bore and brake clearance are configured specifically for the nominated vehicle during production.

The Front and Rear wheels use the same diameter and width but different offsets, positioning the Rear wheels further outward to suit the factory body and suspension geometry.

The factory-style configuration is intended for compatible BA and BF Ford Falcon and FPV applications, including:
