Forged Audi Rotor Monoblock Wheels

The Audi Rotor wheel became one of the most recognisable designs of the modern Audi Sport era. Its five broad, directional arms create the impression of rotation even while stationary, giving the wheel a clean but aggressive appearance.

Originally offered across several Audi platforms—including the A4, S4, A5, S5, TT RS, RS4 and RS5—the Rotor design was produced in different widths, offsets and centre bores depending on the vehicle.

These forged Rotor-style wheels retain the distinctive asymmetric face of the original design while replacing the conventional factory construction with a fully forged monoblock structure.

Each wheel is CNC-machined from a single forged blank of aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminium. Width, offset, centre bore and brake clearance are configured specifically for the nominated vehicle during production.

Mounting Specifications

• 5×112 bolt pattern
• Conventional five-bolt mounting
• 66.6 mm centre bore for most longitudinal Audi applications
• 57.1 mm centre bore for compatible TT RS applications

The 20×9 +26 configuration provides the deepest factory-style profile and is the specification most commonly associated with the aggressive RS4 and RS5 Rotor wheel.

Custom Fitments

Alternative diameters, widths, offsets, centre bores and bolt patterns can be manufactured for other Audi and compatible vehicle applications.

Because Rotor wheels were fitted across several Audi platforms, the correct specification must be selected according to the vehicle model, brake package, suspension setup and desired guard position.
